100% Made in the USA. Made from Sunbrella acrylic marine grade fabric will not stretch, fade or shrink. This same fabric is used to make boat covers and tops, maritime furnishings, and awnings. Includes the seat and back canvas, as well as the flat sticks. Breathe new life into old chairs! Our director’s chair replacement covers are easy to replace and are first quality. The measurements of this flat stick replacement when laid out flat on a table are as follows (sizes may vary slightly): Seat is 15 1/4" Deep x 22 1/2" wide (edge to edge)Back is 6 1/2" high x 21 1/2" wide (3" loops are flattened out, edge to edge)Flat sticks measure 9/16" x 1/4" rectangle (they are removeable in case you need to substitute your sticks). Please note: Actual color may differ slightly from what is on the screen as all display types register color differently.
