Pre Owned used rider condition. Frame Only, no bearing cups . Bottom of the bottom tube is missing paint as shown in a certain spot. Rough spots at the top of the seatpost down tube as shown.Entire frame has some kind of marks or spots from being used when it comes to the paint itself and decals of course. Small knick in the top tube on top just a half inch or less from the seat tube, nothing major.
