I believe this watch to be a custom piece made by a jeweler using a bulova movement.
It has no bulova markings on the case, only on the dial and movement.
The watch has a Bulova 6AK movement which was produced between 1945 and 1947
I believe the watch is similarly aged.
All of the rhinestones are there, although some are brighter than others.
