I AM GUESSING THAT WAS WHAT
IT WAS USED FOR
I SEARCHED ON INTERNET AND
DIDN’T FIND ONE LIKE IT today
found one not exactly like this one
handle was different but the tube like
that holds whatever it was meant to
spray is almost the same and it was
a antique perfume sprayer!!!

IT IS MADE OF METAL WITH HANDLE
WOODEN BLACK END
