"EXTREMELY SOFT TOUCH VINYL" which means when squeezed it has a lot of "give". Very soft and flexible/bendable. Look at the last 2 pics for reference.

Limbs are weighted @ Legs 7 oz each. Arms at 5 oz each. Head is not weighted due to rooting. Full length limbs.
