Portable AC Unit. Comes with cord, but not the actual USB outlet. Put water and ice in the bottom storage, and it has a great fan and mist. Not ideal for a whole living room, but will work for a bedroom or to blow on you in a big room. Pretty quiet unit too. I received 2, so I only need one. Has a remote control and an instructional booklet. $55 new on Amazon.
