Bag is in used but good condition, There is a permanent heart on the bag cause My daughter put a little rip in the bag & ATM it was too expensive to get fixed at the actual store so I took it to a tailor & had them put the heart there to cover the rip, But it can be taken off & put something else there if u want, IT HAVE SPOTS IN THE INSIDE BUT THE OVERALL OUTSIDE OF THE BAG IS IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION, It’s a MM & AUTHENTIC AS ALWAYS, Myself & my husband are smokers so it may smell of cigarette smoke
