We all know how I get one and you are supposed to be able to push a button and speak a name , number , hey Google, so on but half the time they don't work or people just can't hear u and u have to forget and get your phone out ,not the case here , it's always crystal clear , every one can always here you and it always recognizes ur commands even when you don't speak clear my it somehow figures I out after learning it voice from use. The rubber ear piece is pulled off to show it's removable for cleaning
