NEW does still have the plastic tag part but not the cardboard part of it. I didn’t notice on the bottom of the backpack. It has some scuff marks which I did take photos and circle. As well as I did notice a light transfer mark on the front leather pouch as well which I circled in a photo as well. Please see all photos ahead of time.
