Device & Sleeve are new. Device only removed from wrapper to photograph and plug in to show it works.
Only comes with ONE sealed compression sleeve (size small, wide). Never opened/used. Also comes with ONE plug to block airflow of second chamber while using sleeve. A second sleeve can be purchased from a med supply store, but this unit only comes with the one sleeve.
Please ask all questions prior to purchasing, as I will not be able to do a return for this once the sealed sleeve is opened.
These are super expensive brand new (about $1800), so this is a deal!
