Comes with the Interface Unit, the PC Engine Console, the CD-ROM Unit, the System Card 3.0 (required to play CD games), a controller, a 3rd party AC adapter, and A/V cables. The CD-ROM Unit has been professionally refurbished and is working great! The console works and has been opened, cleaned, and recapped. The interface unit works and has been opened and cleaned. There is some yellowing, but it gives it character. The controller works and has the turbo switches. In the USA and Canada, this is the Turbografx-16 with Turbografx CD. You can only use Japanese Hu Cards or Everdrives in the card slot, but the CD-ROM Unit is region-free. Own a piece of gaming history as NEC was the first company to release a CD-ROM unit for home consoles. 678 total games were released for both systems of which 389 were CD-based.
