NOTE: The headset will be shipped with the stock head strap on it so it can fit in the box. This means you will have to remove the stock strap to install the upgraded Kiwi brand strap. ALSO: We have been using the left controller with a regular battery (non-chargeable). I think the rechargeable batteries may be nearing their maximum amount of charge time so they may soon need to be replaced.
