Warranty shipments to the LEATT must be pre-paid. Customers should send their warranty items via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages. Leatt ships all return warranty/repair items deemed faulty standard ground at no charge. Warranty/repair items shipped other than ground, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. |
