There is no setting to fix a cheap monitor, I tried thinking that as technology improves cheap monitors should get better.; wrong it doesn't get any better.
There is no Clear Type adjustment, driver, or resolution /Hz that could fix what it is unfixable.
The idea was to use it as a second extendable monitor in portrait mode and be able to see and edit complete documents or spreadsheets.
Look and compare both attached pictures, the clear crispy one is on the primary Dell monitor the other picture is the same image moved to the secondary HP monitor.
