Backpack purchased at Harrods in London. Suitable for both men and women, made of a lightweight, cushioned material. The product name mentions a defect, and the handle on top of the shoulder straps is coming loose. I didn't check it properly when I bought it, which was my fault. However, it has only been used once or twice since purchase, and apart from this part, it is in good condition.
