Gembared Rex Red Light Therapy Panel

This is the Gembared Rex red light panel version 1.0.

This one works great! I remember my abs being really tight and my physical therapist commenting on that. So I went home and did red light 5x a week, for two weeks, came back to PT and he was astonished at how much my abs loosened up. He was asking what I did because he was in disbelief lol

If you are new to red light therapy, start slow! I recommend doing it 2x a week at intervals of 3 minutes a day. If you feel fine off that, increase to 4 minutes the next week and ratchet up slowly like that.

The wavelengths of light for this panel use:

Red 630nm

Red 660nm

Near Infrared 830nm

Near Infrared 850nm

The panel is plug in and play, as in you just put the cord into the panel and wall outlet and it immediately turns on. I noticed on the site they released a new 2.0 version that now has an on/off switch and a little stand to prop it up, so up to you if you want to pay $100 more to have those features.
