Lightly used! I mainly used it to track my heart rate and sleep patterns, but I never used it to work out or anything. Very very light scratches on the screen from normal wear, but you can't tell unless you look super close.
I did swim in it a few times so I can confirm it's super waterproof, the only thing is that you need to remember to press the waterlock button or else the water will activate a bunch of buttons on the screen.
Doesn't come with the original box because I lost it =( But does come with charger and charging block!
