Talisman Designs Metal Bacon Grease Bin safely strains, cools, and stores bacon grease for easy disposal or to keep it fresh for later use in cooking. Its built-in removable strainer filters bacon fat from particles. The lid seals grease in for fresh storage and the silicone band allows safe handling after hot grease has been added.
Simply pour excess bacon fat into the bin through the strainer and seal the lid on top. Store the grease in the fridge and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, scoop the solidified bacon fat into the trash or use it to add depths of flavor in favorite recipes.
