OPEN TO OFFERS! Made in India , still has the sticker of maker on the bottom, global views. As far as I can tell it is solid copper. It's also pretty heavy. The company that made this makes almost all completely solid copper pieces. The price with the holes comes out, I'm assuming so you can put ice in, then you put it back on and set the bottles in the holes. I've researched and researched and that's all I could figure out so if you know otherwise fee free to tell me! It could be used for many decorative purposes though. It's beautiful.
