CD: The Wind

Noam's music has been shaped by his years of travel around the world. Born and raised in Israel, he spent time busking the world with his guitar. Along the way, Noam lived in Varanasi to study Indian music, before settling down in Sydney, Australia. As a result, his original music is a heart felt mix of guitar, flute, sitar and voice; influenced by the traditional sounds of India, the Middle East and Spain. Lyrics are sung in both English and Hebrew, and are always bound to take audiences on an unexpected journey. In recent years Noam has been touring up and down the east coast of Australia, playing in a variety of venues and festivals. His performances draw together a dynamic ensemble of musicians from all over the world, each bringing their own unique sound to the work. Noam has been fortunate to share his energy and creativity both on stage and in the studio with artists such as Avishay Bar Natan, Bobby Singh, Nano Stern, the Kahn Brothers, Old Man River, Lior and many more."
