The 405-LCD general purpose electronic bench scales offer exceptional value for your money. Ideal for use in most food prep areas, portion control stations or industrial kitchens. This simple to use, 2 key bench scale is very versatile with a 100% tare allowing each ingredient to be quickly tared off to guarantee correct portion control. The 405-LCD can operate in kg, g, lb or lb-oz units of measure. Housed in a robust wipe down ABS enclosure and a 304 food grade stainless steel platter which can easily be removed for easy to cleaning. The 405-LCD uses a large easy to see low powered LCD display with blue backlight display with built-in power saving functionality. Powered by either 4 AA batteries that provide 38 hours of battery life or by the external power adaptor (included). A wipedown plastic cover comes standard to protect the display, keyboard and housing from dust and food particles when in use.
