Thule bike rack platform for two bikes. I used it on a Toyota Solaris trunk and then my Jeep over the spare tire. Have a truck now so don’t need it. It can be locked. Comes with 2 keys. Same key locks the cables down to secure carrier to the vehicle and then can also lock clamps around the bike frames to secure the bikes to the carrier if you want to.
Locks all work. Straps work. Platform slides move to fit any sized bike. I used it with mountain bikes and road bikes.
