As you see in pictures I just cracked open the seal and opened case to take screenshots of the settings, warranty, tracking system, all details showed in pictures, I receive gifts a lot due to my profession of work, I personally do not like AirPods Pro there not for me, I get headsets from time to time. Everything is listed Satisfaction guaranteed, if your not happy with them I do except returns on unsealed items only if not happy with them, these retail for $189+ tax in stores which I feel is way overpriced. This was sealed I opened this just to post the pictures. I have a few sets available. I have opened this to make you feel better about the item.
