Fabulous 1999 Delaware - Caesar Rodney Quarter. Lots And Lots Of Errors! I’m not an expert on this so I’ll do my best to describe errors properly.
1. Spitting Horse
2. huge die crack or strike thru in front of horse
3. Large divot out of horses left hind leg
4. Large groove in tails of Caesars coat
5. Many die chips
6. Large die crack thru “The First State”
